Places To Stay

Our house and all events are all located in the north of the island, in Rodney Bay and Gros Islet. Suggestions on places to stay are listed to the right. When looking for accomodations please note that the country is mountainous and what appears to be a short walk could be much longer and a bus can only be caught on the main roads.

Gros Islet town has quiet local beachs, several small supermarkets, plenty of rumshops and spots for a both a queit meal or fastfood. For accomodations the town offers Boutique hotels and guest houses that will have you feeling the local vibe the moment you settle in. Gros Islet town is also famous for the Friday Night Jump-up street party fish fry and a smaller fish fry on Saturdays.

Rodney Bay is full of hustle and bustle, with 2 large supermakets, 2 malls with both duty free shopping and local crafts, plenty of restaraunts that offer both local and international cuisine. Rodney Bay features resort style accomodations, boutique hotels and guest houses.

Rodney Bay Marina is between Gros Islet town and Rodney Bay. The Rodney Bay Maria has several restaraunts, duty free and a small supermaket. Across from the Marina is The Dream a container village with small shops and eateries. The Marina area offers Harbour Suits by hilton and Bay Gardens Marina View hotel along with plenty of guest houses in walking distance.

Currence: Eastern Caribbean Dollar XCD, known as EC locally, the US dollar is also accepted.

Voltage: 240V Type G British style three pin plugs, a simple adapter will work for most phone chargers, a hair dryer or iron will mostlikly need a converter. Check your applicances for its capabilities before plugging it in.

Drinking Age: 18 years old

Cannabis: Decriminalized and unregulated, but readily available

Toilets: $1-$2ec/usd it will depend where you are for the cost. All restaurants are free.
